The Detroit Auto Show had all of us at Bert Smith BMW excited to see what would be unveiled next. We are happy to report to all of you in the greater Saint Petersburg area that we were definitely not disappointed. This is because BMW unveiled the latest addition it will be making to its BMW 3 Series and we are here to bring you all of the details.

The newest member of the BMW family is the BMW 320i, and it will be bringing affordability and efficiency to the new BMW lineup when it is released this spring.

This compact luxury vehicle will feature a 2.0-liter TwinPower Turbo 4-cylinder engine. It generates 180 horsepower and 200 pound-feet of torque to power the vehicle from 0-60 miles per hour in 7.1 seconds. It can also reach a maximum speed of 130 mph.

With rear-wheel-drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission, the BMW 320i will get 23 miles per gallon with city driving and 33 mpg on the highway. Other great features include BMW Assist telematics services, BMW Apps, heated steering wheel and front and rear seats, a navigation system, and a moonroof. Drivers will also have the choice of multiple different equipment packages to enhance their overall driving experience.
