The LAPD Gets Some “Electric” News

The BMW group recently announced that it has won its big to supply the LAPD with a fleet of 100 BMW i3 electric vehicles, a great step toward a greener Los Angeles and great news for the BMW brand. There was a trail period during which the BMW i3 was tested alongside other electric vehicles (EVs), but the i3 was ultimately selected over the competition.
