The inside of your car matters just as much. Vacuum your carpets and seats to pull out any crumbs or debris hiding in there. A damp cloth works well on the dashboard and door panels. If you have leather seats, apply conditioner to keep them soft. Florida weather creates humidity that can cause strange smells, so swap out your cabin air filter while you are at it.
