We'd call the people who attend and present at the Consumer Electronics Show geeks, but in the good way. After all, BMW has made its presence known there for many years, showing off its latest innovative tech features that enhance the overall experience of a new BMW. This year, the had an interactive exhibit that showcased the future of driving as we know it.

A lot of advancement has been made in autonomous driving, and BMW has been a leader in that regard. Its own unique system is called BMW ActiveAssist, and in Las Vegas, where the CES show is held each year, they set up a test track to show drivers the full scope of its offerings.  They even put together the video that shows how the actual system reads and responds to the road, and the reaction from those who got to test it out. Needless to say, the latter camp all found it quite fascinating; you could tell based on the smiles and looks of amazement.

To be amazed by a fully-drivable new BMW model, stop in and see us at Bert Smith BMW in our Saint Petersburg, FL showroom. We'd be happy to discuss all our vehicles in greater detail and answer any questions you might have.
